1. Material : such as neoprene foam, laminated fabric, zipper, etc. When different neoprene foam laminated with different fabrics can have different cost, especially some functional and special material can vary widely in price. In addition, the origin or brand of the material also contributes to different costs of wetsuit.

 

 

2. Cutting Panels: Each wetsuit has its own cutting line. If the cutting line is more complicated, there are more cuts. Also, more neoprene panels are required to be stitched, which will result in more labor costs.

 

 

3. Logo prints: Most customers want to print their logos on the wetsuits. If there are more logo prints in more colors, sure that it will cause more print costs. Also, there are different printing processes. For example silk screen printing, heat transfer printing ect. Their cost can vary.   

 

 

4. Technology: Different processes of stitching also cause different costs. For example, glue blind stitching requires longer man-hours than flat locks.

 

 

5. Quantity: High-volume orders will cost less than small-volume orders. When the order qty is big, there is more space for the supplier to offer the lower prices. 

 

6. Production Time: If the order request is urgent and the production time needs to be shortened, it means additional overtime and shipping costs (such as changing material from sea to air shipment).
